Panelist anonymity
Registry profiles are anonymized by default. Panelist names, employers, and contact details are never displayed publicly and are shared with a club only after a visit is mutually confirmed.
Club information
Details submitted through a visit request — club name, contact person, dates, and notes — are used solely to coordinate the requested visit. They are not sold, published, or shared with publications.
Communications
We contact you by email or phone regarding your request. You may ask us to delete your request and associated contact information at any time.
Ethics
The Panelist Network operates independently as a logistical travel and facilitation concierge service. The Network does not guarantee publication scores, rankings, or editorial inclusion, and does not compensate panelists for favourable assessments.
